Face — Apply an even layer to clean, dry skin, avoiding eyes and lips. Leave for 5–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Hair — Apply evenly root to tip, cover with a shower cap, and leave for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Follow with your usual skincare or haircare routine.
